"My interior tastes usually veer pretty minimalist, but I recently introduced this kitschy leopard pillow into my bedroom, and I have to say it may be the thing to unleash my inner maximalist. It's not too over-the-top, thanks to its mostly neutral color palette, but it feels a little bit wild thanks to the walking leopard motif. The boucle material is also incredibly soft, so it's helped cozy up my space for winter."
"Adding lots of cozy textures to my apartment was one of my main focuses in December, and this alpaca throw quickly became my favorite throw (and I have a lot of throws). It's warmer than wool but not itchy in the least. I also love the chic windowpane print, it feels interesting but doesn't take away from the rest of my design choices."
"There's something decidedly delightful about sipping a cocktail or glass of something bubbly out of an elevated vessel, like these crystal coupes. The heft of the crystal and the retro shape make any drink feel instantly fancier. These beauties were especially appreciated on New Year's Eve—they made my budget-friendly sparkling wine taste like something fit for royalty."

"Hear me out: this is the tool you need to add to your bar cart today. Yes, it's technically meant for baking, but this mini measuring cup from Oxo is a lifesaver when it comes to nailing a new cocktail recipe on the first try. You could use a jigger, but this ingenious device is so much more precise. The design allows you to see the measurements from above without having to lift the cup to eye level, and the small markings gives you the perfect amount every time. I'm loving it for my current drink of choice: the French 75."
"I know I'm late to the party on these sheets, but I have to say, they're a total game changer. I went with the Classic Core Sheet Set in Windowpane, and I'm never looking back. They're so soft, surprisingly cooling, and go beautifully with my textured white duvet cover. They're the only sheets I want to sleep on right now. Safe to say I'm now a Brooklinen devotee—those subway ads don't lie."

"This is the first floor length mirror I've ever owned in my 25 years on this earth, and I couldn't love it more. It leans casually against my wall but does so much for my space. The age old design trick of using mirrors to make a room look bigger really works. This bad boy reflects natural light, opening up my tiny studio apartment AND helps me make sure my shoes match the rest of my outfit before I rush out the door. Can you ask for anything more?"

"When I first moved into my apartment, we realized we completely forgot to buy knives. So we bought the cheapest pair out of necessity as our temporary knives and vowed to buy good ones as soon as we could. Needless to say, they weren't the best quality, so a year and a half later, we got a great knife set, and I bought this beautiful knife block to go with them. The marble adds a clean and modern touch to my kitchen counter."
"I have this tiny corner in my apartment that's too big for a side table, but also too small for anything else. A desk was our goal for that space, but it was super difficult to find one that wasn't wider than two feet. I searched and searched and found this perfect ladder desk that fit that tricky corner like a glove. It also extends to give us some much needed extra storage space in our apartment."
"I hosted a lot more in December, so my West Elm dinnerware made more appearances than usual. These are so high quality and I love the not-so-perfect, organic shape they have, which gives my dinnerware a bit of a flair while still keeping things clean and classic."
